On Yiddish theive's slang, see I.(yud) Trivaks article "Di yidishe
zhargonen" in Bay Undz Yidn, Warsaw 1923, in Yiddish. In his article,
Trivaks has a list of both thief and klezmer jargon. There is a lot of
thief and klezmer jargon in Yiddish literature that has yet to be compiled.
