sher or shers

Someone pointed out to me that the dance that I had called "Freilach" on my 
web page should have been "freylekhs."  That's now been corrected.  I notice 
sher is sometimes written as shers.  How should the dance be titled?  Have I 
made any other mistakes in transliteration (I don't speak Yiddish).
