A general follow-up on the issue of piracy:

I just saw the following on a Barton Brothers cassette from House of
Menorah:

ANY DUPLICATION IS A VIOLATION OF HALACHA &
COPYRIGHT LAWS

On a related issue, I regret that I have heard stories of Jewish
performers of Yiddish and other Jewish music (including well-known
performers who were themselves paid high fees) who asserted that
royalties were not customary or necessary for such music.

We can do better.
