Re: Jewish Liturgical Music

HI, there. Some comments interspersed. As always, I am glad when the
conversation turns to Sephardic music!!

I realize that the albums I suggested are those dealing specifically with
Shabbat songs. Of course, there are literally one or two hundred other
recordings with at least one shabbat oriented song.

And here are some more listings:

Chaim Parchi:

Likrat Shabbat, Vol. 1
Songs for Friday Night, Vol. 2
Songs for Sabbath Day, Vol. 3

Hard to find, sorry.

Lopes Cardozo, Abraham:

Selected Sephardic Chants
Sephardic Songs of Praise
Sephardic Songs of Praise, Vol. 2

Available at Tara.

Search no further than Nefesh Ami.

Fuggedaboutit. They'll never answer.

I'd appreciate hearing more.
