You do mean in 2001, don't you Owen? HAL (and Arthur C. Clarke) know(s) when 
the Millennium really begins.

HAL is a sweet guy, although I wish he'd speak up a little bit. He needs more 
breath support. I wonder if he can sing "Daisy, Daisy" in Yiddish?
