My piece, "A Mother's Story, 1939-40" will be performed in Washington.  The
info is:

The performance is free, but apparently you must call the Museum at (202)
488-0427 to register.

The text for this piece is taken from my mother's oral testimony of her escape
from the Nazi blitzkrieg of Poland.  It will be performed by mezzo-soprano
Patricia Green and cellist Steven Honigberg.  The program also includes works
by Boris Blachet, Michael Karmon, Felix Mendelssohn and Eric Zeisl.
