hi, my discography of Judeo-Spanish songs is up-to-date till '96 in the Jewish 
Folklore and Ethnology Review , and I'm continually updating; I also wrote the 
Judeo-Spanish Sephardic entry for the new edition of the Rough Guide to World 
Music. There's a lo
lot out there!
depends whether you want documentary or arranged recordings.
My Moroccan Sephardic gorup, Gerineldo, also has a few cd's, and there
are some Sephardic songs on mine
