Agree that Atlan has a great voice, but the content of the Falla Lorca disk
is not sephardic.
She does have four other recordings that do, though:
Atlan, Françoise Romances judéo-espagnoles Sud
Passion (French: hard to
find in the US)
Atlan, Françoise Romances Sefardies Buda 92529-2
Atlan, Françoise Romances Sefardies: Entre le Rose et le
Jasmin Buda 92574-2
Atlan, Françoise Romances Sefardies: Noches Buda
92684-2
B'shalom,
Joel
