Hine Ma Tov

[Dan Kazez <KAZEZ...>]

I would like to perform "Hine Ma Tov" in some concerts I will give 
in Morocco.  Does anyone know the FULL NAME of the composer of this 
song (M. Jacobson?), the DATES of the composer, and the TRANSLATION 
of the title ("Hine Ma Tov")?
