Elliot,
Adrian would probably be the resident expert on slides and computer
projection of lyrics. Also, Tara Publications publishes a Z'mirot Handbook
which has all of the traditional Shabbat songs and blessings in it. I do
not think it contains alot of contemporary stuff, however.
At a previous Temple where I worked, we actually made our own Songbook. It
was spiral bound and we could easily add things in an updated printing. I
owned a spiral binding machine (You can get them for around $150) and it
saved a bundle.
