[HANASHIR:3759] Re: Question for Songleaders

Elliot-

Slides may be an investment, but overhead transparencies are not. You
can make them on your copier. Although I have not tried it, it is an
interesting idea. The downside to an overhead is that you need to be in a
relatively dimly lit room, causing less of a focus on you - the leader. On
the other hand, it might create a nice abiance for Shabbat. Any other
thoughts out there?

 1. Put together xeroxed and stapled songsheets.
 2. Find a comprehensive, difinitive shiron. (Does one exist?)
 3. Use slides and projector.

The downside to songsheets is that they are limited and can become
 outdated.
Shironim and/or slides would be a major investment, but may be worth it
our kumzitz is succussful. Where can one obtain such slides? Or,
does anyone have experience in making one's own slides?

I would really appreciate your suggestions. >>
