I've heard this melody quite a few times in the States (Magevet, the
Jewish a cappella group at Yale has a beautiful 4+2
arrangement of it, and I've sung another two-part arrangement for the
high holidays; I'm sure others exist). The author is Marshall(I believe) 
Portnoy.
