Janet,
Thanks for giving the origins of the Dona nobis Pacem to all. It is a pretty
melody - I too have sung it in churches, but I would feel very uncomfortable
incorporating it into our synagogue worship or teaching. What is the
background on the South African V'shamru? I am not familiar with this as
anything but a V'shamru tune.
