If you have the file on your computer and it is a text document, you
should be able to rename the file to whatever.txt an import with word
without any problem. If it was written with word, then you should be able
to rename the file to whatever.doc yourself as well. (I'm assuming you
have a Windows 95 PC) Just highlight a file on your desktop and do one
*long* click on the filename -- you should be able to type in a new file
name at that point.
