Probably?!?! The Talmud tells us that publically embarrassing somebody is
akin to murder! (Privately embarrassing somebody is pretty serious, too).
The Talmud also tells us that how we judge others is how _we_ are judged
by HaShem -- something to think about during these 10 days of judgement.
So: the guy has problems, and he's not good at what he does. Perhaps if
we feel compassion for him, feel _sorry_ for him, and _then_ try to work
on a solution, it might help.
