Shalom Lori and List members,
I would like to express my sincere apologies for my tone of voice in
responding to your (Lori's) request. Though I had intended to provide
information, I also expressed my own frustration, which was wrong of me -
especially at this time of year. I commend you for the efforts you have
made and continue to make in filling the "holes". We all have much to
learn. Thanks for calling me on this.
