Baba Ganews (the kids magazine published by Jewish Family & Life)
distributed a Chanukah CD last year -- all the lyrics are posted on
their website (www.babaganews.com)  -- the songs were by Peter
Himmelman/David Broza, Sam Glazer, SAFAM, Julie Silver and others.
However, I don't think any of them have hand motions.

I try to use ASL when possible to enhance singing, rather than just
making up motions. Perhaps you could find a sign language interpreter,
and work with that person to create some meaningful interpretation that
the kids could do.
