Hi Josh,
    The melody of Scalerica de Oro or Los Bilbilicos is the key here.  It has 
also
been traditionally sung to the Shabbat Zemer Tsur Mishelo.  If you like the 
melody,
use it to other lyrics as well.  There are other Ladino melodies that have been
used for varied lyrics such as L'chu Neranena from Davidson's Sefardic service 
has
been used for an Adon Olam, etc.  Good luck!
