[HANASHIR:5802] Re: B'rich Rachamanya

Before I respond to Roz, I would like to make a request. For some reason,
my e-mail program does not allow me to see the sender's e-mail when
something is sent to an entire list and my only option for responding is to
the entire list. I would like to ask that everyone please put their e-mail
address at the end of their e-mail so that we can respond directly to you
and not the whole list. If I could see an e-mail address for you, Roz, I
could respond to only you, but I see it nowhere on the message you sent.

So, I will answer as many of your questions as I can for the entire list:
The song you ask about is by Rabbi Shefa Gold and can be heard on her
recording Chanscendence. She titles it Birkat HaMazon and here are her
lyrics from the liner notes:
B'rich Rachamana Malka d'alma marei d'hai pita (A short version of the
Blessing after the Meal...from the Talmud)
Translation: Blessed is the Compassionate One, Sovereign of the Universe,
Master of this bread.
English: You are the Source of Life for all that is
And your blessing flows through me.

Judy :)
