A gutn purim malakh

Has anyone notated the sing-songy melody of the purim ditty "A gutn
purim, malakh / Vu ikh gey, fal ikh."?  If so, I'd like to have a copy. 
My lovely informant passed away before I had a chance to do so.  It was
similar in ways to the "See-saw, Marjorie Daw" melody, but I forget how
the last bit goes.
