Definitely try the National Center for Jewish Film at Brandeis:

They have a huge selection of fully restored and beautiful quality 
Yiddish films on video and I think some of them on DVD as well.  I 
ordered the 1930's Dybbuk from them and was blown away by the quality, 
and they ship quickly, too.
