"Yiddish Song Favorites"  (published by Amsco Publications, a division of Music 
Sales Corporation, New York, NY 1994)
has several of the songs you listed (Yidl mitn Fidl, Roshnikes mt mandln and a 
couple fo others). This edition has Yiddish and English leadsheets, piano 
accompaniment and guitar chords.
