Moroccan Jews hold a unique celebration called MIMOUNA at the end of
Passover.
It is a celebration of liberty, community values, friendship, togetherness
and hospitality
MIMOUNA features music, dancing and the wonderful dairy dessert treats of
Morocco and the Middle East
David Harris, vocalist with Voices of Sepharad
will help lead Friday evening worship at Kol Ami with
special Sephardic melodies.
Join us for a Sephardic Havdallah prior to the start of the concert!
Cheshire, CT is about halfway between Boston and NYC. So if you live in one
place and your friends live in the other Mimouna is your chance to meet in
the middle and party!
