maybe

it's easy to pontificate and make grand-sounding general statements with which
it seems one ought to solemnly agree, perhaps nodding sagely and stroking one's
beard if relevant.

But first of all, just exactly WHAT is one supposed to be saying "yes" or "no"
to?

and why?

and how about a nice, temperate, "maybe".

cheers from the land of "mañana" (maybe),Judith, in Spain

"... No. The hard thing is to learn enough
[i.e., about Judaism and Jewish law and commentary] to be able to say Yes.'"

(sorry, can't find a specific Jewish music connection for this message but this
afternoon Tamar and I are doing a presentation on Sephardic music here in
Madrid and Saturday in Seville, hope that counts)
