Dear friends,
I am happy to announce that I will be singing with the Workmen's Circle
Klezmer Orchestra (aka The Biggest Klez in the World) at the gala party
opening the Cleveland International Film Festival at Tower City in
Cleveland for the Cleveland premiere of the Sundance Film Festival Grand
Jury Prize winner, American Splendor, on Thursday, March 20th. The film
is based on the autobiographical comics of Harvey Pekar, Jazz critic.
Harvey, who has been a friend of the WCKO and has written a couple of
his comic-style articles about us, requested that we be invited to play.
If you are in the area, love to see you.
