It's also my band's name :-). However, we don't actually do it because it
has too many words for my vocalist, who can only handle so much Yiddish.

That's probably why I didn't think of it as a Yiddish sing along (we only do
ale brider and chiribim).

Also, on some side notes, somebody called me up once and wanted to know if
we were related because his last name was Mashke. Turns out he wasn't even
Jewish! Also, when I first started building the web site for my band I tried
to get www.mashke.com, but some guy in Poland had grabbed that because he
had a girl friend named Mashke. And he wouldn't give it up (actually he
would have for $300 but I wasn't about to pay it). So I used
www.mashkeband.com for my web site (shameless plug).
