speed of columbia green label?

Does anyone have a strong idea or opinion on the correct playback speed
for a Columbia green label from 1919?  My best info says 80.00.
 
I'm basing the "acoustic" designation because Spottswood lists its
date as 1919 - Lt Jos. Frankel "Der Forvards Marsch" (Columbia Gramophone
Company E4662).

Not that it's much of a toe-tapper, to tell you the truth.
