What I do not understand is if the station is still owned by The Forward 
Association, why they would want to give the programming over to Disney/ESPN? 
Is it strictly a matter of money? If so, why not just sell the station? If 
you are bothering to keep the station, why not make it a true companion 
station for the Forward, which in its English version has become a good paper 
whose influence in the Jewish Community is greater than it's been in years? 
After all, if money was the only issue, why not just close down the paper 
too?
