Subject: Looking for a lyric

I have a student looking for lyrics for a song, "Yonkle, the Cowboy Jew"
or the Jewish Yankee Doodle, from about 1908.  She has a book entitled
Jews in America which contains a picture of a man holding the sheet
music.  Any assistance on this question would be greatly appreciated.
