Ding is David Nachman Golding, who does the production work and handles the
business end of the various productions he and Suki are involved with. He is
also one of the guys behind "Uncle Moishy," who is essentially a kind of Mr.
Rogers for the Boro Park crowd. Zale Newman is another guy involved with
that. Among other things Zale was also one of the musicians in Shma Kolenu, a
mid seventies Orthodox Rock group, kind of pioneers in their day. Their
biggest hit is Al Hanisim. Yes, that Al Hanisim. He is also involved with a
number of the Shlomo Carlebach releases of the late 80's, up until Shlomo's
passing.
