RE: Paramount Hotel

Far too many years ago, over 50 of them my family, with me in tow, went to a
resort called Shenk's (or Shank's?) Paramount in the Catskills.  Does anyone
know if that this Paramount is or is related to the same place?  Not exactly
musical but I remember that one of the entertainments was my father and my
uncle on stage, blindfolded, with each feeding sour cream to the other.
