Not all Albert clarinets have that key that winds around to the front.  I think
that's specific to certain manufacturers.  The more telling characteristic is 
the
side keys, which often have rollers as on a saxophone: two per pinky, as opposed
to the redundancy of alternate keys on a Boehm.
