      We currently have three excellent klezmer musicians (each with their 
own band) living on the block!   We would love to further build this 
serendipitous klezmer community, to use this opportunity to play with each 
other and enjoy each other's company.  If you're looking for a long-term 
rental in a decent, safe area just outside of Boston, and are a serious and 
proficient klezmer musician, please let me know by July15th.

                        (I am just a tenant, and the superintendant of the 
building)
