Aaaaghk, the music buis never ceases to amaze.

Even though I mostly prefer to learn tunes by ear, I can't imagine not
owning a copy of this book, and referring to it often, just as I have
purchased and used numerous Celtic and jazz standard fakebooks, along with
the few klezmer collections currently available. Surely there's one or two
pieces in this out of print collection that no one has yet recorded???

As per another posting re; you self publishing it, if you do this, count me
in for one more copy sold direct.
