Poland-Polska
Someone loaned me a photo book called "Image Before My Eyes A Photographic
Life in Poland Before the Holocaust." In it there is a picture with the
following caption: "Two Hasidim masquerading as Polish officers of an
earlier time entertain the wedding party with feats of swordsmanship." I
wonder if polkovnik has any connection to this sort of pantomime.?
