No. It is considered extraordinary bad form to send a copy of something
on the web when one can send, instead, the URL. In addition to violating
any copyright, it can be a serious inconvenience to the mail recipient.
It is also considered bad form, and remains illegal, to make unauthorized
copies of copyrighted work in any form, be it paper, the web, or another
medium. This is especially silly when one is attempting to pass an author's
work on -- why would one choose to honor someone's work by making an illegal
copy? Send a fair use paragraph and alert the recipient as to how to get the
complete item!
