We've met before on the net.

On Yemenite dance there is an article:
An Inquiry into the Nature of Yemenite Jewish Dance, 1978, Dance Research 
Annual by Shalom Staub

Another is
Yemenite Men's Dance by Susan Bauer, from Congress on Research in Dance, 
Toronto July 13-17, 1988

I think there was also an article about Yemenite dance published as part of 
the Dancing into Marriage conference proceedings
in Dance Research Journal 17/2 & 18/1 1985/6

Will let you know if I come across anything else.
