Re:Leonard Cohen Dance Me To the End Of Love: TSUFIT's recent version

In a recent review of TSUFIT's new album "Under the Mediterranean Sky", 'twas
magazine (Toronto World Arts Scene Aug 1999) discusses TSUFIT's "lovely
version" of Leonard Cohen's "Dance Me To the End of Love", the opening track
on that album.
It is interesting that the author of the article, presumably unknowingly,
spends the whole first paragraph of the review describing the interconnection
between the album cover (a painting of a Mediterranean scene) and the music
and says that the cover artwork reminds her of a Henri Matisse painting. It
was therefore of great interest to learn today that there is a book called
"Dance Me To The End Of Love" which contains the lyrics to that song and is
illustrated by over 20 Henri Matisse paintings! Also interesting that the
song fits well on the album with several Hebrew songs, although again it was
only recently that anyone involved with the album turned their minds to the
obvious fact that Leonard Cohen is Jewish.
It's a small world afterall (or some other similar cliche...)
