Celine

[calypso <calypso...>]

I recently bought an album by a French singer/songwriter named Hugues
Aufray.  Aufray takes songs from other cultures and adapts them  into
French -- he's known in particular for singing Dyman songs in French.
Anyways, on this album is a song called Celine, and my father is convinced
the song sounds Jewish with its minor key and general structure.  The
songwriting credits, in addition to Aufray's name as the adapter, is M
Schuman -- does anyone have any info about this?
