I link to all of the articles I find out about, albeit as time
permits, at the klezmer shack:

and will probably expand that section shortly.

I am certainly amenable to talking with anyone who wants to make more
information and more music available on the web, and supporting it as 
best I can.

Having said that, yes, a print publication is a neat idea and may be
worth trying first, before going to the web.
