Please look at the 3 CD's from Tzimmes ("Sweet and Hot", "A Lid for Every Pot", and "KlezMyriad") where accordion is an integral of all the arrangements, which span the Eastern Europen, Mediterranean, Middle East and American folk Jewish idioms (www2.portal.ca/~jsiegel/tzimmes.html).
