I think everyone is missing Kinky's sense of humor.  He is using
exaggeration to make his point.  Only those individuals who see a slur on
the surface of every satirical barb would be offended.  You can see why
Kinky and Don Imus are friends. The accusations of bias miss the satirical
point.  Remember that one of Kinky's bands was the Texas Jewboys.
