Yes. This is one of the reasons why Wolf Krakowski's "Transmigrations" is
such a great album. He's really closing that circle which, starting with
Gershwin and Berlin leaving Yiddish culture for Black American music, via
Lieber and Stoller and Cohen & Dylan leads forth to Wolf bringing Yiddish
culture back to Black American music.
