These are copyrighted songs, so you would probably do better
to find songbooks with appropriate arrangements, such that
the songwriters get paid for their work.

"Bei Mir Bist Du Sheyn" should be available in a variety of
books--you might look through the collection at Tara Records
   http://www.tara.com/

For the Israeli singers, the odds are best that a local Israeli
publisher has a book with their songs--I believe I have some
