I'm going to respectfully suggest that once someone has clarified
a word or phrase as derogatory, that further discussion about
how derogatory or whether as derogatory as might better take place on
a linguistics-focused list, and here, respect for each other
implies that, having discovered that said words are considered
disrespectful, we simply don't use them further.
