Dear James:
Please visit http://www.kamea.com
and see if you would consider playing "Transmigrations" on your show.
It is being played on several Jewish and World Music college radio
programs and I would welcome the opportunity to expose it to the bright
young people of Princeton University.
Yiddish WorldBeat Soul. Not klezmer in the sense of party music; it
is essentially a Blues album in that eight songs are clearly about some
kind of loss but four tracks are butt-shakin' rockers that are
not... Ask the folks at Emerson College, Boston or Stella Young at
CHIN in Toronto...
"Unlike any Jewish music you have ever heard."--LA Jewish Journal
"Soulful, sinuous, sensuous and hypnotic"--Berkshire Eagle
