Holocaust Memorial Concert

     Holocaust Memorial Concert - The Music of Two Generations
     
     A program of chamber music in two parts.  First, music composed in the
     Theresienstadt concentration camp: TRIO by Gideon Klein, SONATA NO. 6
(for
     piano) by Viktor Ullmann and TANZ by Hans Krasa.  Then, music composed
by
     children of Holocaust survivors:  A MOTHER'S STORY 1939-40 by Jeffrey
     Schanzer, ELEGY AND VISION by Laurence Sherr and MEDITERRANEAN
     MELODIES by Boaz Tarsi.  Performed by Musicians Accord with guest mezzo-
     soprano Isabelle Ganz.  The concert will take place live at The Kitchen
in New
     York and will be broadcast by live video/audio link to the Electronic
Cafe in
     Santa Monica.
