It would be more appropriate to use the form:
MAZZAL TOV
(At least in view of the fact that your fiancee is studying in Yerushalayim.)

The form is BAYIT.

However, if you insist on 'bayis', you must also write 'ne'emon'. To mix 
different traditions is irritating.
