        I took your advice and hopped the first bus over to Leopold's.  The
counter person was a bit surprised to see two sales in one evening.
Someone at Leopold's obviously knows a bit about Israeli music, since
there were separate headings for "Israeli Pop," "Middle East Fusion,"
(e.g., ha-brerah ha-tiv`it), and "Eastern/Bus Station Music" :-).

        The pickings are getting slim, but there are still some nice things
there.

        By the way, I think that "Carmela Gross & Wagner" is the artist,
not the CD title.
