Just thought I'd join in on the semantics discussion, so, here goes:

One Hava Nashira conference, two Hava Nashira conferences.

Same thing for names of songs:

One Hinei Ma Tov melody, several different Hinei Ma Tov melodies.

(No need to say Hinei Ma Tovot OR Hinei Ma Tovim.)

Just my little ole humble OPINION!

And by the way, are there some songs about teaching Hebrew plurals?  The tune 
of "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off" might lend itself to a cute song....
